Feature & Functionality Announcements

At Shark Finesse we are continuously developing our software to make the user (and end-customer) experience the best that it can be. The Business Case Questionnaire is a feature that goes above and beyond our user-loved Business Case Preparation document as it engages the end-customer in an interactive way therefore enhancing the customer value experience.

How does it work?

You (as the Shark user) can generate the questionnaire from a session within Shark and send it to your customer before a business value review assessment. This questionnaire contains the data capture inputs for the potential benefits that you think are relevant to your customer's business and could be achieved through the implementation of your product or service. Your customer then has the opportunity to add / edit the data and include any relevant background information (e.g., benefit notes, data etc.). Once submitted, the data is automatically fed back into a Shark software session to move the business value assessment forwards.

There are 3 key stages to creating the questionnaire that are demonstrated in the following videos:

Step 1 - From the Shark user's perspective

Step 2 - From the customer's perspective (data capture)

Step 3 - From the Shark user's perspective

If you would like any further information about this new functionality, please reach out to your account manager who would be happy to discuss your own questions and requirements.

What we do

At Shark Finesse we have developed an enterprise-grade cloud application to help businesses standardise and simplify their value engagements across the entire customer journey.

Shark, a business value engagement platform used by 1000’s of customer-facing teams globally (e.g. pre-sales, sales, value teams, and customer success) is easy to use, intuitive and usable directly with the customer to negotiate the likely business returns from investing in a solution.

By adopting the Shark approach you will fundamentally transform conversations with new and existing customers, close more business, and differentiate from the competition.
