At Shark Finesse we are continuously developing our software to make the user (and end-customer) experience the best that it can be. With this in mind, we are very pleased to announce that Shark now integrates with Salesforce CRM.

How does it work?

Once you have opened a Shark business case session, you can select the Salesforce icon located in the sidebar. Here you can choose the account and opportunity that you want the business case session added to. It's as easy as that!

The Shark integration app (Salesforce CRM) is available from the Salesforce AppExchange and is easy to set-up by your Salesforce admin team.
