Feature & Functionality Announcements

We are continuously developing our software to make the user (and end-customer) experience the best that it can be. We are pleased to say that we have recently released new features and updates that we hope will help to achieve this. The new features include Session Collaboration, Version History and Profile / Preferences, the new updates have been made to the session slide as well as enhancements to the business case notes.

We have highlighted the key information for each of these new features and updates below:

PRO ONLY FEATURE - Session Collaboration

You can now invite other Shark users to collaboratively work on a Shark business case session with you. You can see who has made changes and you can also see them happening in real time, or you will see them the next time you log in to the software.

PRO ONLY FEATURE - Session Version History

The Shark session version history allows you to see when changes were made and it also allows you to restore a previously saved version of that session. You can also choose to save a backup.

Business Case Notes Update

The notes feature within Shark has been updated and enhanced to include two different types of notes that you can capture: Customer and Supplier.

Customer notes will appear in the business case output, Supplier notes are private therefore they will not appear in the business case outputs.

Profile / Preferences Update

The profile / preferences feature within Shark has been enhanced to include the ability to add a profile photo, change your name and also change your password:
