If a user creates a business case they think could be useful to the wider community, they can suggest it as a template for everyone to use. Simply click the vertical dots on the business case card and select Suggest as a template.

This opens the Suggest as template window, where the user indicates whether it's a new template or a replacement for an existing one, and can add notes describing what the template is for, suggested categories, or any other relevant information:

Admin users are notified of the suggestion and can review the template before it's published.
