With the release of our latest software version, one area we really wanted to improve on was our PowerPoint output design and capabilities. We think this latest update is a huge improvement and we hope you do too!

It's likely that your company uses a branded PowerPoint theme or template for all customer materials. We have taken this into consideration and have designed our PowerPoint output so that it will inherit these templates or themes!

The next few videos will show you how to use this new feature:

Step 1: Saving a template theme

We have designed a template that all of our users can apply to their presentations, if you have a customised version of Shark you’ll also see a template that has your own company branding!

Make sure you save the template to the default place - it will make the process much easier for you in the future!

Step 2: Applying the template to a presentation

Now that you've saved the template, you can apply it to a Shark presentation!

Optional Step: Changing the colour theme on the template

You may decide that you want to use the Shark template design but you want to change the colour theme so that it matches your brand guidelines, take a look at how to do this:

These videos should be all you need to get started, however if you have more questions or would like to find out more, contact us!

What we do

At Shark Finesse we have developed an enterprise-grade cloud application to help businesses standardise and simplify their value engagements across the entire customer journey.

Shark, a business value engagement platform used by 1000’s of customer-facing teams globally (e.g. pre-sales, sales, value teams, and customer success) is easy to use, intuitive and usable directly with the customer to negotiate the likely business returns from investing in a solution.

By adopting the Shark approach you will fundamentally transform conversations with new and existing customers, close more business, and differentiate from the competition.
