Licenses are allocated to named individuals. Each license is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are billed annually.

The initial contract period for a license is 12 months. The license will be renewed and billed on an annual basis unless written notice of intention to terminate the license is given to Shark Finesse.
We know that people change roles and leave companies therefore we are happy for you to transfer a Shark software license so that the remainder of any license period is transferred over to a new user. To do this you will just need to contact your account manager and give them the details of the old and new user and we will get this arranged for you. Don’t worry, it’s a quick process once we have all of the information!
If your order includes sales tax, VAT, GST, or comparable consumption taxes, you will see the tax amount applied to your invoice.
