Following many months of beta testing with live users, we are thrilled to announce the launch of SharkSense AI; our brand new Artificial Intelligence integration to the Shark platform, that will revolutionise the way business cases are created.

With SharkSense, business case generation is a streamlined, augmented journey, connecting AI insights to hundreds of in-built value calculators, delivering clarity and industry-centric metrics with speed and integrity.

How it works:

There are two different ways to use SharkSense AI. You can let the platform create and design a complete business case outline, all from a simple preset prompt, including solution details and business outcomes, to produce a business case within minutes.

Alternatively, you can choose to customise your inputs. To do this, you will simply need to fill in some details about the business case, e.g. customer name, size, etc. Next, you will need to enter a description of the business case, you can either create a brand-new description or you can start with a preset description.

Once you’re happy with the business case details, select generate, and SharkSense will populate a full business case outline with a suggested business case description, benefits, costs, and associated notes.

The final step, is to select create this session. SharkSense will create a session with quantified benefits and costs that you can discuss and refine with your customer.
