New Folders Functionality

You now have the ability to create folders to organise all of your business cases within Shark. Check out this video that will give you a complete guide as to how this new functionality works:

A few extra things to note...

Star a Folder

If you star a folder it will appear on the main side bar so you can quickly and easily access this folder from your session manager screen:

Add an image to the folder

To personalise the folders further, you can add an image. You can choose from the library within Shark or perhaps you could add the customer logo - the choice is yours:

If you want to further categorise your business case sessions within a folder you can! Continuing with the Law Firm example, we have added a folder for both pre-sale and post-sale business cases within the main 'Law Firm Customer' folder:
