This step-by-step guide will take you through how to create a business case using QPilot (formerly SharkSense AI):
Fill out key business case details - customer name, industry, organisation size, and review period. Here you can also choose how many benefits and costs to include in your session. Finally, you can select if you would like QPilot to generate an image or not.
Describe the business case using your own text prompt or preset prompts.
The more information you include here the better. Key details should include:
After you've included all of the relevant information, you can enhance your prompt further by using another call to AI.
Once you're happy with the business case details, select generate to see a full session outline.
If you would like to pre-populate prompts specific to your company please contact support@qorusdocs.com who will guide you through this process.

QPilot generates a full session outline, including suggested business case description, benefits (with subtitles and notes), and costs (and an image if selected previously).
At this stage you can simply select create this session and QPilot will create a business case session within ValueHub or you can amend the details if required e.g. tweak the text, remove irrelevant benefits or costs.
Once you're happy with your business case session outline, you can select create this session and QPilot will create a brand new session with benefit and cost metrics, including narratives behind each benefit. You will also most likely need to amend the metrics to fit with your customer situation and provoke further thoughts on the metrics selected.
At this stage you can simply create a business case in your chosen output or send a survey for review with your customer.
