At Shark Finesse we are continuously developing our software to make the user (and end-customer) experience the best that it can be. With this in mind, we are very pleased to announce that we have completely re-designed and improved the Business Case Survey feature within Shark software. (N.B. this feature replaces the previously released Business Case Questionnaire functionality).
An interactive survey can be sent to your customer before your business value review session to discuss your proposed solution. You select the potential benefits that you think are relevant to their business and could be achieved through the implementation of your product or service, and then send the survey for their feedback / data inputs.
To create a survey within Shark software you just need to follow these 4 easy steps:
